I don’t write reviews often, but who does these days. I have to say, this dealership absolutely nailed it. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was buying a six-figure luxury vehicle. Simply I have to say, this dealership absolutely nailed it. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was buying a six-figure luxury vehicle. Simply put, top-tier service across the board. I bought a Bronco here a couple months ago and came back for one simple reason: the experience!! Once again, they delivered. The staff is professional, welcoming, and somehow manages to be both efficient and genuinely fun to work with. There was zero pressure, zero nonsense, and zero of that stereotypical dealership vibe that makes you want to fake a phone call and escape. This review is intended as a special thank you to Alannah. She went so far above and beyond that I’m pretty sure she could sell cars in her sleep and still make you feel like royalty. I truly felt she was working for me, and not just with me. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares that you’re happy, not just that paperwork gets signed. That level of service is rare, and it shows. If this dealership had a loyalty punch card, I’d already be asking what I get after ten purchases. If they opened a restaurant, I’d eat there. If they launched a space program, I’d trust them to put me in orbit. I would confidently send my friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and random strangers I meet in parking lots here without hesitation. If customer service were currency, this dealership, with Alannah on the team, would be inflation-proof. Five stars isn’t enough, but it’s all your system will let me give. I also want to recognize a few more people who made this experience exceptional. Cody was amazing to work with and made the process even more enjoyable as well. He worked very hard to make everything work for me. Amy Lancaster truly cared about getting things right and took the time to understand my lifestyle and driving habits, then recommended the exact plans that were right for me. And finally, David Balog deserves special thanks. If it weren’t for Dave, I never would have known how incredible your dealership is. He pointed me in your direction, and I’m genuinely grateful he did. More
