Good o'l fashion service I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work ord I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work order. While paying out the customer service didn't stop there. The Staff was courteous and made me feel welcome. It's good to know that service like this still exists. Well done Frank Brown!! More

Service! I brought my old Honda in for a recall. Other dealerships told me there was an extensive weight due to a back ordered part. Frank Brown service cente I brought my old Honda in for a recall. Other dealerships told me there was an extensive weight due to a back ordered part. Frank Brown service center said they were just replacing the entire airbag due ti the safety issues. They also gave me an excellent price on a radiator flush. They also helped me with a remote programming issue at no charge I have never experienced such awesome service at a dealership. More
