Catalytic converter issue The check engine light was on. Took truck in for diagnosis and found out it was the catalytic converter. It took two days to get diagnosis. Then it to The check engine light was on. Took truck in for diagnosis and found out it was the catalytic converter. It took two days to get diagnosis. Then it took two weeks to get fixed. I was not given the option for another vehicle. This part was under warranty. Was told due to a strike for the manufacturing of parts it was going to take a while to get fixed. They did not have any idea when the part would come in. I don’t think this is acceptable. I was having to call on daily basis to get information. More

Very unsatisfied I was told the truck was certified but I could get extended warranty 2 wks later I started having problems with it they said certified didn't mean th I was told the truck was certified but I could get extended warranty 2 wks later I started having problems with it they said certified didn't mean they would fix it if there was something wrong after we bought it, won't be back.
