Donnie was amazing to work with and made sure that I was able to get my truck back quickly. He was also understanding of my busy schedule and kept following up with me to ensure that I got the work done. No able to get my truck back quickly. Not only that, but he was funny and engaging on the phone and made me feel like they were all happy to help. And, roughly a week later, after receiving over 3 1/2 feet of snow on Old Fort Rd., my driver's side wiper blade wouldn't work. So I made the call of shame to Toyota. I expected to be told that it was likely broken and that I wouldn't be able to get it in to the service center quickly and that, even if I could, it would take forever to get fixed. Nope! Joe walked me through what I should do, but I'm a chick, so I asked if I could come in and Joe welcomed me in and said he'd have it fixed in a few minutes. And he did! I literally cannot say enough good things about Klamath Falls Toyota and the people that work there... especially Donnie and Joe! More
