It was my first time using Dover Honda service center. I was a bit surprised to learn that my 10:30 appointment was not a firm appointment, but first come first serve. No worries. All of my questions and maintenance was done to my complete satisfaction. Michael Souter and Bob Hajjar were especially great. On a negative note, I see someone said "Dealing with Alecia makes me NOT want to go to Dover Honda. She is unprofessional and rude at times." I remember talking to Alecia once too and I felt she was uninterested in my inquiry. More
