I am a person who doesn’t lie the fluff and Rob did a great job of sticking to the facts and fully satisfying what I need. Alex was knowledgeable and energetic. I felt at times he was more excited about me buying the car than I was. He explained everything in a simple, digestible way that did not feel like I was being overwhelmed with information. Bryan was transparent like Rob. He was knowledgeable of how to get me the best deal possible. He instructed me to go the DMV to change the title of my previous car for the trade-in as opposed to doing it at Ford which saved me about $250. More
