In the past 15 years, I bought 4 cars from Longo and I have been using their services for my cars. I may not go for all the oil changes there, but always go there for major services and repairs. Over the have been using their services for my cars. I may not go for all the oil changes there, but always go there for major services and repairs. Over the years, they earned my trust in their services. They may not be the cheapest place to go in the town, but they have demonstrated their integrity in conducting their business. This time, I went there because my car had hesitation in starting the motor, and I had the battery changed 7 months ago. I thought it was the alternator or oil pump that went bad. They ran the diagnosis test and it turned out to be the new battery I bought from another place that went bad. They replaced it and they re-ran another test after the new battery was installed to be sure there were no other hidden electrical leaks that would drain the battery. The work was done professionally and Alex kept me updated along the way. I am 100% satisfied with their work. More
