Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing your Service Advisor! We’re glad they took great care of you. We also appreciate your honest comments about our waiting area and are sorry it didn’t meet the level you’ve experienced at other Lexus dealerships. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue to improve.
