I had many options and brands but in the end I chose Mercedes not because of the brand but because of the level of service Alex and his team has provided me and our family for the past 4 years. Never having to worry or stress about service appointments, shuffling cars, or taking time off is such a value to us. I am a car guy and have never been brand loyal between vehicle purchases. That said I have also experienced many different levels of service between brands and thus far none exceeded my expectations until I met Alex on my first service appointment 4 years ago.
