I came in today to pick up my vehicle. It was 15 minutes prior to closing. He couldn’t not locate the keys or the car and told me to come back Monday. I can’t think of a worse experience. We are thoroughly enjoying our Mercedes GLS 580. When you purchase a new car you always wonder how the service will be after you’ve had the vehicle for awhile. We are completely impressed with Alex Clothier in the service department. We could not be happier that he is our service advisor. He is prompt, thorough, Knowledgeable, and knows the car better than we do! He’s helped us when my tire went flat, and had a new tire out on for me within an hour - this is unheard of nowadays. Alex has also assisted us with some warranty issues like a vehicle recall and a repair of a rim that I dented. He makes sure we have a loaner vehicle to drive our three children around in while they work on the car. Alex is always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions that we have. Thank you Mercedes, and thank you Alex - you are an absolute pleasure to work with and we truly appreciate your help with our vehicle! More
