For the fourth time, Alex Clothier proved once again why he is the best out there! Friday September 2nd I worked my last midnight shift at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and I drove one hour and he is the best out there! Friday September 2nd I worked my last midnight shift at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and I drove one hour and 30 minutes to the service center in Annapolis. I was beyond tired but there was Alex once again at 7:30am ready to greet me! Alex had my similar loaner Mercedes GLB ready to go and I only sat down for 5 minutes...if that long! I went home and got some sleep and Alex messaged me when my vehicle was ready. I go back to Annapolis and my SUV is ready with all of the safety recall work and 50,000 mile service work done and my SUV even got the complimentary car wash which made it look brand new again. This is the 4th time that Alex has taken care of me like this! Alex recommended I get new tires next time as my tire tread is getting low after 50,000 miles and I will be buying my Continental tires from him next time! More

I came in today to pick up my vehicle. It was 15 minutes prior to closing. He couldn’t not locate the keys or the car and told me to come back Monday. I can’t think of a worse experience. We are thoroughly enjoying our Mercedes GLS 580. When you purchase a new car you always wonder how the service will be after you’ve had the vehicle for awhile. We are completely impressed with Alex When you purchase a new car you always wonder how the service will be after you’ve had the vehicle for awhile. We are completely impressed with Alex Clothier in the service department. We could not be happier that he is our service advisor. He is prompt, thorough, Knowledgeable, and knows the car better than we do! He’s helped us when my tire went flat, and had a new tire out on for me within an hour - this is unheard of nowadays. Alex has also assisted us with some warranty issues like a vehicle recall and a repair of a rim that I dented. He makes sure we have a loaner vehicle to drive our three children around in while they work on the car. Alex is always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions that we have. Thank you Mercedes, and thank you Alex - you are an absolute pleasure to work with and we truly appreciate your help with our vehicle! More
