We had our car for about 3 days when my husband and son were run off the road by a drunk driver going the wrong way. They ran over some debris that caused damage to one of our tires. We had to have the car towed to the service department. My husband met with Alexander and his service was phenomenal. He was open and friendly and reassured him that things would be taken care of and addressed properly. He set my husband up with a loaner while they had our car and ordered the parts they needed. He kept him updated on the status if the repairs. He made sure there was no damage to the rim and he got us back in our car within a few days. We will definitely be sticking with this dealership and the service department and look forward to working with Alexander moving forward. More
