It was very convenient to have my car picked up. I had some work being done on a batheroom, on my back porch and in my back yard. I was unable to leave at this time. Everything was ok, except that my ca some work being done on a batheroom, on my back porch and in my back yard. I was unable to leave at this time. Everything was ok, except that my car was returned 'empty' and on reserve. I almost was afraid to drive to the gas station for fear of running out of gas. I guess times are tough for Mercedes. More

A/C was not working. Took my C280 in to get it checked out. It was determined that the condenser needed to be replaced. Alex Folz worked very hard to get all the necessary replacement parts and the repair out. It was determined that the condenser needed to be replaced. I have been to several Mercedes dealers for routine maintenance on my C300 - including the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle. Mercedes of Hagerstown is head and shoulders above the re maintenance on my C300 - including the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle. Mercedes of Hagerstown is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is responsive and professional, online scheduling is a breeze and I was easily able to find a service time that fit with my schedule. The work was completed when they said it would be and my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up --- all for about half the price they quoted at the 'big city' dealership. I live in Northern Virginia - so it is a bit of a drive to Hagerstown - but it is so worth it! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for servce and am looking forward to working with Mercedes of Hagerstown when I buy my next. More

I have never received such friendly and efficient service from a car dealer. From purchase on the experience has been first class. The sales and service staff are friendly, greet you by name, explain clearl from a car dealer. From purchase on the experience has been first class. The sales and service staff are friendly, greet you by name, explain clearly what is involved in the service, how long it is likely to take and frequently, upon request in advance, are able to provide a complimentary loaner while my car is in for service. I recommend this dealership very highly! More

Bravo to all those I deal with at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. There is no where else I would even think about going to since being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. I salute Alex, who is the firs Hagerstown. There is no where else I would even think about going to since being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. I salute Alex, who is the first person that greets you in the service lane and addresses all your concerns and problems and gives a quick response to any questions, an estimate of repairs and who is my liason with all the ongoing repairs being performed. Marty Gillions has my upmost respect as the service manager who oversees the entire service area and is always a visible, on-hands manager who is so friendly and caring. And what can I say about Linda and Rita? They are the best and I love them! They are always so upbeat and happy and it makes you feel good about handing over your money to them!!!! Knowing that Tom and Harry and all the other mechanics in the shop are taking such care with your vehicle makes me feel very comfortable about the whole service experience. To all the others not mentioned here, I do appreciate your smiling, friendly faces and it is always a pleasure doing business with MB of Hagerstown. Thank you all....Debra J More

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. The number one reason we keep coming back is Marty Gillions, head of service and parts. His professionalism, candor, personality, and trustworthiness The number one reason we keep coming back is Marty Gillions, head of service and parts. His professionalism, candor, personality, and trustworthiness are the greatest asset that this dealership possesses. We have owned brands other than Mercedes. However, the service we are given at this dealership outweighs buying somewhere else. Our experience this time at the dealership included several other key players. Alex Folz, from service was key in my latest purchase of an E320 Bluetec. After listening to my needs, he suggested I check out this car and it truly is a great fit for my lifestyle. Richard Paden was our salesperson and did an outstanding job of checking in with us from the point we had mentioned wanting to purcahse a new vehicle. While keeping in touch, he was never overbearing but always let us know he was available if we needed assistance. Robert Buchanan, who is new to the dealership as the finance manager, completed our experience. He was very upfront and honest with us throughout the process. Rob showed us various scenarios to assist us in getting to a place that we were comfortable and happy with our purchases. He was very easy going and made us feel at ease. A stellar addition to the team. Lastly, Linda Clark gets a shout out for her consistent telephone professionalism. She speaks succinctly on the phone and has a wonderful demeanor. I always enjoy hearing her voice on the other end. Overall, I highly reccommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The employees we have come in contact with over the 10 years we have been coming here are all professional and exhibit a true desire to help you acheive your goal in a car purchase. More

I always say “You have only one chance to make your 1st good impression”. That started when we entered the service entrance and Bill Turner Opened the door for my wife, a dying courtesy, and said “It’s ni good impression”. That started when we entered the service entrance and Bill Turner Opened the door for my wife, a dying courtesy, and said “It’s nice to see a Father bring his daughter along”. Our 2nd encounter, Alex Folz, very courteous and professional, especially when returning with a chronic problem. Alex listened to our dilemma, made some reference to our service records, than escorted us to the waiting room / show room where we were greeted by Michael Lavrenchik. This is a long story, so the short of it is Mike is very courteous, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, which led us to the purchase of another Benz, he doesn’t know it yet. Alex returned with the bad news. We met Larry Diggs who explained in detail what had to be done to remedy our problem, we came to an agreement, Alex provided us with a loaner and we left. My wife with a smile with the thought of a new ride for her and me a little less happier for spending more money than I had anticipated. My philosophy has been to “Give the customer what they want then figure out how to make a profit doing so”. PS The cookies were great. More
