At which time, I was warmly welcomed by Marty and Alex and as usual provided all we needed for my daughter and I to go shopping downtown while the car was serviced. Of course, it was completed right on time as we discussed. From there, I went to say hello to Wes Whetstone. He had helped us on two previous purchases and it was nice to see him again. We had discussed via email perhaps trading from a 2 seat convertible to a sedan, as our family status had changed. Wes showed different options to consider and as previously, allowed us to browse and think on things as freely and as helpful as possible. It was hard to turn down the great accomodation of the 2012 C class sedan but my heart fell for a 4 seat CLK convertible from 2009. 4 hours later, my daughter and I drove this car off the lot! The dealership gave us a great trade in value for the SLK and Austin secured a great financing package for us. What a great team to work with! Wes is a family man, professional in every way, yet easy and friendly to talk with. He is knowledgable and courteous.
