Romelo gave me a great deal on a new Genesis and was a complete pleasure to work with! In addition to Romelo's expertise what also sold me was the complete car buying experience with this dealership, no pressure, no hassle, and honesty....... yes I said honesty, and it came from the used car Domestic Manager that gave me a great price for my trade-in, equal to NADA and Kelly Blue book value! Alex in finance was outstanding and Alex the General Manager came and thanked me for the purchase as well. The other sales personnel that I conversed with that day while visiting were also very receptive and also excellent connoisseur's of customer service. The discounts (Veteran) I received, the extended warranty package and all the perks were incredible. This dealership is decades ahead of the competition in customer service in so many ways, a concierge service for maintenance? Yes, they come to you, grab your car, give you a loaner and then deliver your completed car back to you. Unbelievable. I have told about 20 people about my experience already and I just the bought the car yesterday. Now my wife wants to buy from the dealership as well.
