Overall a great experience! I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have one. Overall I talked with the GM and three others. It was discovered that I had paid for the warranty but the paperwork had not been completed properly. They covered the service and I left with a check in hand for the difference between what I paid for the warranty and the repair cost. Many dealerships may not have been honest and pocketed the money. Thanks for what could have been a very different outcome. I will let others know about this most positive experience!!! 😄😄😄 More

Buyer Beware The car appeared to be fine. However, I made the mistake of going in alone - a single woman. They loaded up the finance contract with the extended wa The car appeared to be fine. However, I made the mistake of going in alone - a single woman. They loaded up the finance contract with the extended warranty that I explicitly said I did not want, and gave me a receipt for my down payment check that was more than $2,000 less than the check amount I gave them. There were many other red flags. The car manual was placed in the car with no explanation or overview of the purchase I had just made. I was left to drive the car off the lot after everyone had left. I returned the next business day to try to correct the financing errors and learn about the car. No apologies, only excuses (even with mistakes on their own written documents). Luckily, I brought others with me this time. I ended up returning the car and went to a different dealership to purchase a vehicle. Ridiculous. Buyer beware. More
