I had a problem with my car and they took care of it. I was feeling vibration in my steering wheel and they took care it. Incorrect information I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Hau I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Haul would be cheaper than through the dealer. U-Haul couldn't install the hitch due to some sensors on the back of the vehicle and I needed one put on fast. I spoke with the General Manager, Alex Irlin about my issue and asked if they could honor the price from U-Haul and he refused and told me it would cost over $700 at their cost, which is funny because when I called their Parts and Service Dept, I was quoted $699 retail. I ended our conversation feeling very unappreciated as a recent customer and once the sale was complete, I didn't matter anymore. More
