Joshua and Alex were super kind and helpful. Joshua was super chill and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Alex was hilarious and we had fun conversations. This dealership should be avoided at all costs. The customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more than hesitant to correct. The sales representatives and finance department are misleading and write “nothing promised or implied” on the “we owe” sheets of their contracts, even when they agree to correcting items. The classic term “shady” definitely applies. I have driven a Hyundai my entire life and my multiple experiences at this dealership have left me going to a different Luther dealership where they helped me get out my vehicle. This staff is not courteous, unprofessional, deceptive, and downright unhelpful - these traits are only amplified when they are busy. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership and especially avoiding Hector in their Sales Department and the woman in the Finance Department (whose name I cannot recall). More

Rack&pinion repair on my Genesis I was provided with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. The fuel was a quart of the tank I took photos of it but I left it with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. Although service department staff is friendly, there are specific examples where that friendliness very inconsistently translates to performance competence. A glass repair visit was wasted because service failed to verify inspect glass condition before they had me deliver my car. Service failed to diagnose the audible fault on two separate service visits before my recommendation led them to an approach that helped identify the audible failure mode I described. They replaced a clockspring twice before finally deciding to order and replace the entire air bag assembly. They mis calculated the delivery time for that assembly by 5 business days. Service Manager was very inaccessible. She never returned a telephone inquiry with a call. Assume she resisted any personal interaction despite the fact that my vehicle was in their care for nearly three weeks. This was a new and high end vehicle that had a design flaw that was exacerbated by a lack of service department expertise. Not their finest hour. I cringe at the prospect of needing anything other than that service department's very routine assistance in the future. More
