Bad service, poor customer service. Technicians did a lousy job. Took car 3x in a week for check engine light. Tried to complain to service manager Alex who wouldn't listen. Worst part was dealing with GM Alex Irlin who pretty much was riding my new purchased vehicle from day to day work and had to remove his junk from the cargo. He was so arrogant and told me this vehicle has b was riding my new purchased vehicle from day to day work and had to remove his junk from the cargo. He was so arrogant and told me this vehicle has been show number of times throughout the day but would someone put his junk and ride this car from home to work if aforementioned was true? He lost all the credits. If you want to get Hyundai or Genesis get it from other hyundai not the Bloomington. More
