Alex Morales was a great service rep. However, I had issues with the loaner vehicle - there was a miscommunication and error in the system causing me to be charged the wrong amount. From the moment I met with the service writer until I picked up the vehicle yesterday, the experience was extremely professional, helpful and superb.
