I'm very upset with the agent that received my car for a change of parts who told me the price was $300 after I asked several times he confirmed this proce, to later come to pick up my car and got forced to change of parts who told me the price was $300 after I asked several times he confirmed this proce, to later come to pick up my car and got forced to pay an extra $70 out of nowhere with the excuse first that those were taxes fees which it's absurd and then he said oh that is just "Misc charges" for the trash like common man I'm not stupid. It is very dishonest and unfair if you give costumers a price to then after you left your car you charge them an additional 25% on top of the price you told them..... More

Alex Morales was a great service rep. However, I had issues with the loaner vehicle - there was a miscommunication and error in the system causing me to be charged the wrong amount.
