We had an appointment and as soon we park a personal Tom guide us to the right person. Very satisfied dealership was very clean and well maintained they offer us water coffee and tour. He’s a very knowledgeable salesman and listen from the beginning what we need or looking for. Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. My wife wanted specific on what she was going to buy. But for the beginning we told him we were doing window shopping. Tom understood and ask questions on what we needed. We’re very happy for the results well my wife is very happy with her new car. We never had experience a dealership with so much enthusiasm on how important is the customer even if we didn’t buy a vehicle. I also wanted to thanks Joshua and mereth and the financial lady. When I asked the dealership what happened they said this wasn't their problem. Follow-up was awful and I wasn't give all the right documents before I left. When Acura sent me a survey and I said I ddn't get all the right documents the dealership contacted me and was a bit defensive. More
