This is my third Acura from Maus and the experience gets better and better. I went in for a routine oil change, and knowing my current lease was ending soon, I spoke with Lee, who showed me my options and k better and better. He was very straightforward and not the least bit pushy. When I finally decided on my new Integra, it was fairly quick and seamless. We had an appointment and as soon we park a personal Tom guide us to the right person. Very satisfied dealership was very clean and well maintained they offer us water coffee and tour. They assigned To Tom guide us to the right person. Very satisfied dealership was very clean and well maintained they offer us water coffee and tour. They assigned Tom to be our salesman. He’s a very knowledgeable salesman and listen from the beginning what we need or looking for. Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. My wife wanted specific on what she was going to buy. But for the beginning we told him we were doing window shopping. Tom understood and ask questions on what we needed. We’re very happy for the results well my wife is very happy with her new car. We never had experience a dealership with so much enthusiasm on how important is the customer even if we didn’t buy a vehicle. I also wanted to thanks Joshua and mereth and the financial lady. Alex WIlliams and Alex Prado at the deadlership were great personally, but my overall experience with Maus was awful. I financed a lease buyout AT an Acura dealer, and they didn't do any coordinati great personally, but my overall experience with Maus was awful. I financed a lease buyout AT an Acura dealer, and they didn't do any coordination with AcuraLink who canceled my subscriptions the next day thinking the car was no longer mine. When I asked the dealership what happened they said this wasn't their problem. Follow-up was awful and I wasn't give all the right documents before I left. When Acura sent me a survey and I said I ddn't get all the right documents the dealership contacted me and was a bit defensive. More
