Walter's Mercedes' Benz has serviced my car twice now and they are very responsive, honest and professional. I have a second home in Palm Springs and know that I can rely on them when I'm in town and need they are very responsive, honest and professional. He was awesome kept me well-informed and provided a loaner vehicle I think it was like 10 days, which was very like my car which I greatly appreciate it. Honestly they need to give that man a raise cause that’s the only dealership I’ll take my Mercedes to. More

I go all the way to Riverside, Walter’s Mercedes, because of the service I live in Ontario California not too far away from the Mercedes dealership. I go all the way to Riverside, Walter’s Mercedes, because of the service and people like Alex Ramirez. I’ve purchased all my cars at Walter’s Mercedes Riverside and I have all the service done even after moving all the way to Ontario. The service is outstanding and so are the people I only go to Walters Mercedes in Riverside. More

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were damaged and needed. The “servicing” dept didn’t even inspect my vehicle but kept it for 4 days and couldn’t “replicate” the sound my car was making. They in fact told me they didn’t inspect it but just went off the 3rd party mechanic’s diagnosis and tried to charge me double what the mechanic was charging. Keep in mind I only had the vehicle for 50 days/1200 miles More

Alex Ramirez always assists us with the maintenance of our 2 Mercedes, one of which is a diesel. He informs us up front what to expect and what it will cost, checks for any recalls, and keeps us informed our 2 Mercedes, one of which is a diesel. He informs us up front what to expect and what it will cost, checks for any recalls, and keeps us informed of the workers notice anything unusual. We live about 50 miles away from this dealership, but it is worth the drive, and they always provide a loaner, forgiving the extra miles required for our round trip. Thinking about our next new car, we will stick with Mercedes in order to maintain our relationship with him and the Walter,s Mercedes dealership. More
