Service technician immediately provided a video text explaining the condition of our car, and what was needed ! Warp speed 1.5 day turn around time from drop off to pick up ! Complimentary uber services back from dealership and return to home @ Pompano Beach ! Quick determination of Car Max extended warranty applicability ! Complimentary car wash ! Service tech was great and thoroughly knowledgeable ! Annalee took the time after service was completed to give us a quick tutorial on the numerous features of the Q5 ! It was soooooo nice to have my expectations exceeded for once ! This was our first visit to Audi Fort Lauderadale , and we anxiously wondered what type of experience we would receive ! We will definitely return to this dealership for all future Audi services !
