The purchasing of my 2018 Cadillac Escalade Found this used Escalade on line, contacted Mark Christopher's online. This is where I met up with Alex Sarabia, their internet sales manager. Alex wa Found this used Escalade on line, contacted Mark Christopher's online. This is where I met up with Alex Sarabia, their internet sales manager. Alex was easy to deal with from the beginning. We set an appointment with Alex to appraise my trade in, he immediately got this done and arranged to have the vehicle I was interested available. Alex worked hard for us, we went back and forth during the process, they were fair and we made a deal. Alex had the Escalade detailed at the dealership and drove the car out from Ontario to my office in Brea, where we did the final paperwork and closed the deal. Hate car shopping this place made it easier. Alex was great to deal with, he was low pressure answered my questions. Dealing with car dealerships is and shopping for a car is my least favorite t Alex was great to deal with, he was low pressure answered my questions. Dealing with car dealerships is and shopping for a car is my least favorite things to do on Earth. This process at this dealership was pretty easy. Like any negotiations its going to have its conflict resolution moment, passing this and getting to the finish line in a respectful and civil manner is key. That being said Im done car shopping my wife has her new car and I couldn't be happier. We visited many dealerships over several months and finally purchased here not because we settled but because of the service ultimately. More
