If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT buy a car here. I spent $50,000 on a brand new new Tucson and 6 months after buying the car they called me and said they lost $1,000 I had put Do NOT buy a car here. I spent $50,000 on a brand new new Tucson and 6 months after buying the car they called me and said they lost $1,000 I had put as a down payment and threatened to take me to collections if I didn't pay it right then. They refused to work with me and ran my credit card for $1,000 SIX MONTHS AFTER I HAD PURCHASED THE VEHICLE! Awful customer service! The employee from the finance department even mentioned that this wasn't the first time this had happened. Also, I purchased the paint protection AND a clear bra and the employee that was over that department scheduled the application incorrectly. If it wasn't for me doing my research on the proper application, it would have been put on my bran new car wrong! All they care about is money and not about the customer experience. Unless you want to get screwed and taken advantage of, don't go here! More

I bought a brand new 2018 Elantra. It has 10k miles on it as of this review. My paint is falling off in huge bubbles all over the car. I will have to spend thousands to repaint the car that is literally in perfect condition aside from swaths of paint falling off the car. The service guy proceeded to tell me how, in the 2000's Chrysler had a similar issue and did nothing about it... Thanks buddy, my friend punched someone in the face, is that okay for the next guy to punch someone in the face because you can pull a bad event out of history. Be like the bad company in the 2000's. Was about to upgrade to a brand new Hyundai. Will never purchase a car from them again. They are cheap and do not take care of you. The two service guys kept looking at each other and smiling like it was funny to them, and were quite cynical about the situation. At least show a little empathy, or go work somewhere you can do that. More

When I bought the car the touted the wonderful service department, The reality is the people are great but the operation is a cluster F. The place is a construction nightmare and there is no waiting area. They did order a Lyft that took me to the mall…but it’s closed. BTW . Be careful buying a Hyundai Kona at least. The vehicles safety algorithms has almost killed me twice. Once by Emergency Breaking randomly, and yesterday the car tried to veer me left into a head on crash. Had to fight the steering wheel to keep from killing the family. More
