To whom it may Concern, My recent experience at Ralley Acura went very well. I was greeted upon entering and when asked how can I help? I stated " just browsing " which is all I really wanted to do Ralley Acura went very well. I was greeted upon entering and when asked how can I help? I stated " just browsing " which is all I really wanted to do. Everyone smile upon passing and when I turned around Alex asked how he could be of assistance, not pushy whatsoever and we hit it off. Had a few questions and he answered confidently. We test drove the MDX Type S and the MDX Advanced and finally made my decision. It wasn't easy to say the least as I really enjoyed both rides. Alex saw my indecisiveness and handled it just as a good salesman would. We broke it down to needs and wants and what I really needed the vehicle for. Getting the massage seating was most important to me as I drive a lot for work and have back issues. I would highly recommend Ralley Acura and Alex as he is a good asset to the dealership. More

Alex was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the sales process. He took the time to show me many features in the car that I was unfamiliar with.
