Working with Alex and Al was by far the best experience ever. Alex was my sales representative. I asked to see a Jeep compass and a cherokee. He made sure they both had similar options ( so it was an apple ever. Alex was my sales representative. I asked to see a Jeep compass and a cherokee. He made sure they both had similar options ( so it was an apples to apples comparison) Just different sized vehicles. I test drove the compass and passed on the cherokee as it was not a good fit for my family. He answered my wife's questions and mine. I looked at several different trims of the compass. I also looked at some new and cpo used. Alex did not hoover over me he let me wander the lot and look. I settled on a 2021 compass limited (cpo). Al the financing officer great at his job. He helped me get a reasonable rate even though I was extremely upside-down in my previous auto loan ( it was a pandemic purchase made out of necessity when prices were crazy). I was shocked he was able to get me into a loan that was not with a high risk lender. With the amount I owed compared to the trade value. More

Do not buy here unless you bring your mechanic. An absolute nightmare, purchased a vehicle and malfunctioned on the second day. They did nothing to help the situation.
