Great Prices and even Greater Personnel We had been looking for a new truck and had our eye on one we had seen at another dealership. We could not get the pricing we wanted from that location so we went online. Five Star Ford had one in it's inventory. So we made a couple of calls and then when we walked in, the truck was sitting up front ready for a test drive. From that point on all was very smooth. Except for some electronic programming issues, which could not be helped, we had a very easy purchase experience. Alfred was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and quickly answered any questions we had. Carlos, although having to run a quick errand, was also available for any help we needed. And Joe got the paperwork done in no time. Thanks everyone! More

I have already recommended him to others that I know will be looking to buy in the near future. I was very frustrated, however, with the financing guy David Welch. I know he was doing his job but we had already been there for a couple of hours, and he persisted with the additional warranty after we repeatedly said no, for what felt like an hour! He wasn't rude at all, in fact he was very nice, but it was very overwhelming and made us less likely to want the warranty. Other than that I was extremely satisfied with the service we received and am in love with my new car! Thanks Five Star! More

The Very Best of The Best of The Best I woke up at 7:00 am to start my day test driving and comparing new vehicles that would ultimately replace my 13 year old, well worn mini cooper. I visited some other dealerships that day and walked away with a sub par feeling, and after some offers only a "meh...maybe Ill come back". Then.... fate led me to visit Five Star Ford in Richland Hills. My day took a full 180 as I entered an oasis of Ford dealership awesomeness. I was helped as soon as I walked up to the one vehicle I had researched online and was interested in. Alfred El-Darazi was my Sales rep for the day and he did an outstanding, above and beyond, and memorable job of helping answer every single one of my questions and informing me about all the features I asked about as well as those I had yet to learn. He did not just want to sell me that truck for numbers, he wanted me to be absolutely happy with buying that truck. Once the decision was made I next was introduced to Elbert (Tut) Edwards. It might be unfair to say, but all I can say is if you do not get Tut as your Finance rep, you are missing out on and enjoyable and knowledgeable individual. He explained everything concisely and answered every single one of my questions. He even made signing up for car payments for the next 6 years enjoyable! if that is even possible. All in all, Five Star Ford and all of its employees are top notch, and by far the very best compared to every place I visited in the DFW area. They are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and again friendly, and want to make your experience there the best possible. I will be bringing my girlfriend here as well as all family members for all future purchases because there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. More

WORLD CLASS SERVICE I researched the purchase of a new Ford F250 powerstroke for several months. I had been driving a 7.3 powerstroke for 20 years and decided the 6.7 po I researched the purchase of a new Ford F250 powerstroke for several months. I had been driving a 7.3 powerstroke for 20 years and decided the 6.7 powerstroke is what I have been waiting for. I dealt with many dealerships and walked out of a few of them before finding Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. The other dealerships gave me all their bogus sales pitches and lowest price guarantees and a couple never followed up with what I was looking for. I was very exact on what I wanted in my new powerstroke and the other dealerships either didn't have what I was looking for or tried selling me a lesser truck at a higher price. I dealt with dealerships here in NM, AZ, OK and some others in TX and none met my expectations. I am very direct when buying a vehicle and don't want to play the back and forth game. I finally contacted Alfred El-Darazi at Five Star Ford and he dealt with me courteously and professionally but most importantly without the bogus "sales pitch" attitude. They were the only dealership I had contacted that had the powerstroke set up I was looking for and Alfred and his sales manager Michael Huntzinger promptly met the price I was comfortable with as well. Which by the way saved me a ton of money as I was being quoted higher prices for a lesser vehicle. This was the most stress free vehicle purchase I have ever made. It was all done on-line and over the phone. I had a couple of accessories added to the truck and Sam in the after market department was always great at getting back to me promptly on any questions I had. What a great dealership and great team of guys! Alfred even picked me up at the airport and they treated me like a king at the dealership. Not a single flaw in the whole process. I drove my new truck 11 hours back home to Las Cruces, NM. I assure you, the trip was well worth the money I saved. You will not be disappointed especially if you deal with Alfred.
