I like to know that I can get information and discuss aspects of a vehicle when I need it rather than having a sales consultant thrust themselves onto me without leaving room to think. Alfred was approachable, personable, and could share a laugh about things that may have little to do with vehicles, but represented his way of establishing a personal rapport. I also had interactions with David Hill in Finance and appreciated the comparative analysis of financing options that he offered and the advice that followed. More
