I had 500 questions and they were all answered with a smile I walked in only knowing I wanted a white vehicle and that I loved the exterior of the Explorer. Carlos Hernandez in sales was patient in not only ve I walked in only knowing I wanted a white vehicle and that I loved the exterior of the Explorer. Carlos Hernandez in sales was patient in not only verbally explaining what the different options were with the interiors of the Explorers but also showing me so that I could narrow down my options. He never once pushed me to buy the most expensive or hurried me up and I LOVED THAT! We got to meet Mr. Alfred and was just as courteous and willing to help. I walked in late in the evening on a Saturday and the guys in Finance Anthony, Jimmy, and MM Ross were amazing offering to hold the car I liked until Monday so that banks would be open to offer us a great interest rate. I'm in the accounting field and told them my time was golden especially during tax season. They made it so hassle free that we literally walked in and signed in no time and the car was ready to go as promised. We have used other dealerships in the past but don't ever recall a time the process was painless! Thanks FIVE STAR FORD...your name says everything. More

I highly recommend this dealership because as soon as you walk in you are treated like family and in this day and age that is rare. The dealership had exactly what we were looking for and more. The Staff Especially Alfred El Darazi (our friend) who I have had the pleasure of his assistance on 4 of the 5 vehicles we have purchased! When I say his "assistance" Alfred is NOT a car salesman PERIOD. He as a part of the Five Star Family helps you "sell" yourself on the perfect vehicle for YOU. Christine (my wife) wanted a new Eco boost Explorer with the MOST available Horsepower. This would be her 2nd Explorer (not likely) & since she had previously upgraded from an Edge to an Explorer it was not likely another Explorer was in the cards. Our friend Alfred was assisting sp he had Carlos answer all of our questions concerning our next purchase. Carlos was very knowledgeable patient and helpful with everything Explorer. He was unphased and transitioned nicely when I switched gears on him to the Expedition (which is what Christine REALLY wanted this time) After having made our selection a Black on Black Platinum Expedition our friend Alfred again walked us through the buying process. This is INVALUABLE the level of comfort from dealing with someone familiar, someone who knows you someone you ACTUALLY like being around. Off to finance where Anthony Snyder actually made the most TEDIOUS part of purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable (I know you are thinking xx) experience. Anthony is HIGH OCTANE supercharged adrenaline and SUPER FUN. HE is a car GUY. We got a long so well my wife had to ask me to "tone it down" a bit! How many "finance" experiences can you say that about? I bet not a ONE! I just bought my 2016 SUPER DUTY F 250 6.7 diesel from Alfred 6 months ago and have stopped by to just have coffee and chat several times.
