Whew. .... where to start!!!??? I've known Alfred Odister for a LONG time and if there was ever anyone to whom I would've entrusted my very first NEW TRUCK .... where to start!!!??? I've known Alfred Odister for a LONG time and if there was ever anyone to whom I would've entrusted my very first NEW TRUCK buying experience, I am super glad it was him. I am 47 and I have NEVER bought a brand new vehicle - and I've had a million vehicles. Alfred worked for three days on the process for me. My dream truck literally fell into his lap the day after I texted him what I wanted. I talked to him Tuesday, went to the dealership Wednesday, worked through all the financing Thursday, and I picked up the truck on Friday. He is the nicest, most professional, friendly, diligent, wonderful representative of Toyota - and Cleveland Toyota is lucky to have him. I still can't believe it's real...
