We were blessed when we met Alfred as we came in the door, and then he worked with us for several hours to purchase our Grand Highlander. We were able to trade two vehicles in, and that brought our tax door, and then he worked with us for several hours to purchase our Grand Highlander. We were able to trade two vehicles in, and that brought our tax bill down considerably! We will reccomend Alfred and Toyota of Cleveland to our family and friends!🙂 More

I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have visited Toyota of Cleveland. Salespeople listen to your expectations in a vehicle and are not at all pushy. Great experience buying a car. Drove one but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Told Austin and he had exactly what I wanted coming in within 3 weeks. It came in less then a week lat Drove one but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Told Austin and he had exactly what I wanted coming in within 3 weeks. It came in less then a week later and I got my new Grand Highlander. Prices were more than fair compared to other Toyota dealers. Will be back for my wife’s car soon! More
