No-judgements. No-pressure. Great experience! I love this dealership. Miguel Thodde is a great, no-pressure salesman. I came in to test drive the ct200h and Miguel knew I wasn't ready for anothe I love this dealership. Miguel Thodde is a great, no-pressure salesman. I came in to test drive the ct200h and Miguel knew I wasn't ready for another month, so no pressure, didn't check my credit or talk too much pricing. He just said see you in about a month. After that I went to get my car washed (free at the dealer) and that was going to take about an hour. So I went back to Miguel and said while we're waiting can we just look at what you have used? Again no pressure at all, but I did leave there a few hours later with a fantastic deal on a 2013 CT200h with very low mileage. Everyone here is very nice and professional. I'm a full-time yoga teacher. So I was sweaty and I wasn't ever dressed nice or anything. They are all just super nice, regardless of appearance. They have a gym here to use, a spa, free massage chairs and free coffee while you wait. Love this place! More

Quality Service Luis Arias was the best salesman I'd ever experienced buying a vehicle from. He was respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in. Never did we feel manipulated into buying a certain vehicle. He was patient with us even when we asked a million questions. When we finally chose a vehicle and we're ready for the paperwork process he then introduced us to Rusti Star. Mr. Star was great in getting a fair deal. The whole process from start to finish was professional yet it didn't feel like we were in a dealership. Luis, Rusti and Alfred were so courteous and made us feel comfortable and confident about our putchase. I would definitely go back to Lexus of North Miami and purchase another vehicle from the gentlemen and refer them to all of my friends and family. More
