I have tried to buy a car from them and ended up in $3000 debd !!! Please check Yelp review as this site does not allow me to post links. This is just xxxxing insane and outrageous. I don't know how to proceed. This morning I got a call from them they are asking me to pay for things I did not do. During the process at every step I did tell them what are my feature steps and that I will be traveling with the car from FL to CA and if I can't do this then to tell me ASAP. They told me I'm ok. I went to CA, meanwhile they say the loan did not get approved by the bank. Now they want to me pay for the car shipment back + shipment for my old car here which is roughly $2000 to $3000. Now they make me pay bills because I tried to buy a car from them. This is robbery in plain sight $3000 for their own mistakes and mismanagement. Meanwhile I have tried to contact them million times and they put in front of me people that have no decision power ! What can be done in such cases ? Seems people from this dealership have xxxxing clue about what they are doing, how to handle things when they go wrong or any clue about user experience. Can I go to the police ? Can I go to court ? I'm really not used to this and never expected this form Lexus related parties. That is why I went to Lexus in the first place. More

Worst Experience Ever in any Car Dealership Used Car Sales Manager Alfred Utset told me when I asked why is their the sound of wind constantly constantly in my driver & passenger window his answ Used Car Sales Manager Alfred Utset told me when I asked why is their the sound of wind constantly constantly in my driver & passenger window his answer was "that model does that, turn your radio up". When asked if their are headphones for the DVD players in my headrests and do they move up and down his answer was "no they are aftermarket" when in fact they do move up and down and the dealership installed them, just didn't provide the headphones with car. When asked why I only am receiving one beat up key with the car and that I need two, one of which must be a wallet key his response was "that model only came with one and they do not make a wallet key for that car" even after I showed him on the Lexus website my model car and year not only came with the wallet key and regular key he refused to even look at the facts, he even signed his name on his business card to provide a new set of keys but outright refuses to do so. Not Good!!! More

Santa came early! Thanks Justin! My partner and I have been dealing with this dealership for quite sometime. Most of the sales men there are just that, a sales man, we've had one aft My partner and I have been dealing with this dealership for quite sometime. Most of the sales men there are just that, a sales man, we've had one after making us feel like "just a sale" . Then we met Justin, yes, he is a sales man... But, he cares about you as a person. He listens to you and goes to work finding exactly what you ask for well, almost. LOL. Seriously, Justin took his time to help me with selecting my new GS 350 F Sport, he made the return lease painless and I was so impress when he took the time to review the new features offered in the new model. Not only did he assist with setting up my new Lexus enform, navigation and options... He help set up my audio system, he knew every XM, FM, AM and HD channels I had stored in my old car. I was blown away at this point, never has any sales man ever remembered or programmed our cars. From the very first moment Justin has been outstanding! We already started to recommend our family and friends to ask for Justin when they are in need of a new vehicle. Thanks again Justin for all you have done to make yesterday a great day. I love my new car and so excited that we found a good "friend" at Lexus. PS. A big shout out to Alfred for making the deal just that much sweeter! See you on the water my friend! More
