After speaking to Ali Fawaz for a few minutes I knew I was at home . There’s no place like ulm, it sounds like a gimmick but it’s really all over the building, And it felt that way too . I went to over 5 dealerships in two months looking for a car, test driving several and almost… buying . When I got here I wasn’t given the run around or the feeling like I was being taken advantage of, I felt like I had just got back together with a friend I’d known my whole life. And they treated me as such. I’ve always wanted to get something nice for myself, they helped me accomplish that. This dealership is easily the go to in Tampa bay if you really want something they will make dreams a reality. More

The worst buying experience . I bought a certified preowned with 5000 miles. They said the car was better than new because they had gone through thoroughly. The car had an un-repa I bought a certified preowned with 5000 miles. They said the car was better than new because they had gone through thoroughly. The car had an un-repaired recall that they had order the parts but never put a stop sale on the vehicle and sold it to me. I found out about the recall after I ran the vin. The recall stated that the wheel could un expectedly fall off and cause a crash .After the first day of owning the vehicle we noticed a thumping noise like something was broken in the suspension we called them and it was a holiday so they said their service was closed so we took it back the first chance we got and the they said the the sway bar need to be replaced. Also this vehicle is a 4xe jeep grand Cherokee and the battery would not charge it came up service electrical system. They told us the charger that came with the vehicle was an aftermarket charger which was causing the problem. So much for them checking the vehicle to make it certified pre owned. I bought another vehicle through them about four year ago and had no problems so I came back which is an hour away from my home. I’m sorry I did. I even have taken my jeeps there to get serviced. All the sale manger could say is sorry you had this experience and I glad that you didn’t get hurt ( by the car crashing unexpectedly due to recall) More

My experience with this dealership was by far the worse I have ever had. On 05/10/2024 I talked to Kevin on the phone but he wasn't there when I arrived, we worked with Joe, Reda and Denny. First there was a have ever had. On 05/10/2024 I talked to Kevin on the phone but he wasn't there when I arrived, we worked with Joe, Reda and Denny. First there was an issue during the test drive that Reda tried to dismiss. Then, we agreed on a price with Reda and Denny tried to raised it by adding $900 dollars while I was signing, I was ready to leave, but Azam helped saved the deal. Denny told Joe I didn't accept the deal and left, which was not true, I was still there, so Joe left without even checking to see I was still there, I was left there for over an hour, dealership had already close and almost everyone was gone, I found Ali, he found out that the truck I just purchased and paid in full was locked in service and he didn't have access to it, very bad since I traveled over an hour to get to this dealer. Where they planning on closing leaving us locked inside without telling us??? 05/11/2024, I contacted Kevin, he pretended he didn't know then he admit he did and said the car was getting an inspection before they would deliver to me at no extra cost but that didn't happened. 05/12/2024, no answers, they're still holding my truck hostage for no reason and without my consent. 05/13/2024, since I was told my truck was locked in the service dept, I contacted them, they said they didn't have it, Kevin later said that it was supposedly there just in a different area and was being inspected, but supposedly it was being inspected two days earlier??? 05/14/2024, day 4 without my truck, Kevin didn't answered so i called and talked to Joe, asked him why he left on Friday without saying anything to me, he said because Denny had told him I left, that was a lie. I contacted a lawyer who told me that since I have not taken possession of the truck I could cancel the deal and must get a full refund. I contacted my insurance contact to tell them about all the issues, and since they cashed my check I also contacted my bank and explained all the issues, they said they have notated my account and if I decide to cancel the deal they would help me dispute the charge. I texted Kevin my conversation with the lawyer and told him the truck will need to be delivered to my house no later than Wednesday. 05/15/2024, my truck was finally delivered to my house, without being detailed, I also asked for copy of the inspection that supposedly took 4 days to get done and off course he didn't have it, he promised to email it to me but never did, of course not, because it was never done, there's no record of it, the last record of an inspection reported to Mopar was done on 05/08/2024, before I purchased the truck, therefore they hold my truck hostage for 4 days without a valid reason and lied about so many things, I would never trust them again. I even sent a message to the GM on 05/11/2024 and never received any answer from him. I cannot recommend this dealership. 05/20/2024, I thought my issues with this dealership were finally over but the title was supposed to be electronic but is showing "paper" at the DMV, also, I still haven't received my new registration for the tag transfer, they didn't printed one while I was there, even though I had just renewed my prior tag for 2 years & even showed Azam the sticker with expiration date of 03-2026, per the DMV, this truck is heavier & the tag can only be renewed for one year, always in Dec, the dealership was supposed to print a new registration with a new sticker showing expiration date of 12-2024, they didn't. I spoke with manager Kyle, he email me copy of the registration and mail an original so I can get the sticker with the new expiration date, he also change the title to electronic. I'm grateful for Kyle's help but hope this is my last issue. More
