I was very disappointed with the service (state inspection, oil change,rotate tires) on my 2004 Ford 150. I purchased a used 2017 Lincoln Continental there (was Hall ford and Lincoln). and have ha inspection, oil change,rotate tires) on my 2004 Ford 150. I purchased a used 2017 Lincoln Continental there (was Hall ford and Lincoln). and have had it serviced there the last 4 years and was very happy with the service. I have a 2004 f150 lariot.I had it serviced last year and this year. It passed last year with no problems. It is used for going to the trash drop off, which is about one mile away once a week. This year I noticed the staff wasn't as cordial as when I bring the Lincoln. They were slow and not so friendly. (maybe because of my tailgate decal). When I was informed of the failed inspection and a huge estimate to repair I told them I did not want the oil change and tire rotation. They went back and did it anyway. I have good tires on the truck ,but I had a flat after leaving the dealership This concerned me and I am hesitant to bring the Lincoln in. It is due for inpection soon. I'll probably find another Ford dealer to do business with. K. Sturdy More
