Southern ford is extremely efficient and I he online communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you won’t need to worry about coming back multiple times if they can handle alll issues there. The staff is polite and helpful and overall it’s my best Ford dealership I’ve used over the last 5 years More

Most people would be nervous to take their car to a dealership shops but this one really does run fairly and honestly. wanted me to upgrade a leaf spring when there was absolutely wrong with them. One of there technicians stripped a bushing bolt out of my truck and they acted like it was nothing. Great service advisors and mechanics which are really the backbone of the industry. Miss the treats in lobby and the rug in service area needs to be cleaned or replaced.
