The work was done quickly and the communication was excellent. Even though I lived a distance away they worked with me to get my vehicle back to me the same day. We take all our Fords here and the service department has always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The waiting area is nice, but have free small packaged snacks for waiting customers would be we always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I recently brought my son-in-law‘s new truck in for a scheduled inspection. I was greeted by the nicest young woman who explained everything necessary, guided me where I needed to go to wait, and got to scheduled inspection. I was greeted by the nicest young woman who explained everything necessary, guided me where I needed to go to wait, and got to work immediately. She estimated an hour and 15 minutes wait and a mere 45 minutes later she came to tell me the inspection was over and I was ready to go. This was my first time in this dealership and I must say the service department exceeded my expectations! More
