I purchased my 2019 Nissan Rogue from Lincoln Ford in 2020. Have returned there for routine maintenance and inspections regularly since then. Southern Ford is a very clean and friendly dealership. I had my vehicle in there for a state inspection. The staff was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I have taken my 2014 truck into Southern Ford now twice. Both times the "inspection" stated my wipers were good. The first time I specifically requested them to be replace because they streak the windshie Both times the "inspection" stated my wipers were good. The first time I specifically requested them to be replace because they streak the windshield. They were still streaking the second time but passed.the inspection. I was also informed the first time my battery and connections were good. I wish I could share the picture of the mound of corrosion that was on my battery's positive post. I informed the service writer of this (picture included) and never heard back. I requested a new key which, according to the website, was approximately $125.00. The final charge for the key was double that with no call from the service advisor to inform me of the price increase. I could have bought the same key from Batteries + Bulbs for $150.00. I do not intend to conduct any further business with Southern Ford. More
