I am completely satisfied with the service advisor, but am not satisfied with southern ford and the service department since southern took ownership. I bought my vehicle from Hall and received free state am not satisfied with southern ford and the service department since southern took ownership. I bought my vehicle from Hall and received free state inspections. Last August southern honored that free inspection but this year did not without any notification. Also I always get the works when I get my oil changes. February of 2025 when I got the works they did not top off my fluids. I am paying for a service that I did not receive. Also in August of 2024 my rear break pads were posted at a 5. In February of 2025 they were posted at a 7 and when I just brought my car in for service in August 30th they are a 4? Someone is not doing there job correctly or dropping the ball and cutting corners. The advisor listened to my concerns and was very helpful. More
