They got me into a car that not only met my budget but one that I am going to love!! The one thing that I can say that I found very disappointing was I was told by my salesman that he had picked my car up one that I am going to love!! The one thing that I can say that I found very disappointing was I was told by my salesman that he had picked my car up from the detailer. The inside of the vehicle is filthy, I did not receive floor mats and when I looked under the hood there the engine compartment was very dirty. There is actually animal feces near the dipstick for the oil. I realize that I bought a previously owned car but it would have been nice had it been detailed as I was left to believe that it was. More

She definitely knows how to treat her clients and even with my very interesting and tough situation she still did whatever she could to help me. This just goes to show that she does this for more than just having a check, she actually genuinely likes helping people and that means a lot. If a higher up sees this I believe she deserves a raise, very very amazing person. And I can’t thank you guys enough at Mike Murphy Ford, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The car is amazing and I love it. More
