The kia dealership in Lawton, Oklahoma have gone above and beyond. The service department was very friendly and were a tremendous help when I went in for my oil change on my 2020 KIA Sedona. Both Barbara and Amanda's technical and mechanical knowledge of the complete line of the Kia automobiles is outstanding. They take the time to explain in detail what my car requires and how much it is going to cost. They know I live on a budget so they work with me to get the most done with the available money I have to spend. They make sure I have transportation to work and then back to the dealership, and then when I do arrive to pick up my car, it is always clean, inside and out. They are an exceptional service team that consistently exceed my expectations. More

Website prices are completely wrong.but still purchase a forte for about $3000 more than what I was expecting. Some of the cars on the website were not available. It costs more to get anything done here than other places. People are always trying to give you this long winded speech which inclines me more to not to go with whatever it is you are wanting me to bu places. People are always trying to give you this long winded speech which inclines me more to not to go with whatever it is you are wanting me to buy. Salesman don't honor the advertisements from their own website that they email to you. We are also at a horrible death/ sickness rate with covid19 and none of the staff covers their face or even asks people to be safe. Along with that, I have been up there multiple times on different occasions during different times of the day and there is no sanitizing of anything to be seen. This leads me to not trust that anybody is helping to prevent the spread of this pandemic or have care for anyone at Lawton Kia. More
