Could not provide any information why the repairs needed were not covered under bumper to bumper warranty. The problem they diagnosed ended up not being a problem. They tried to charge us 1400$ for this. Ch More

After reviewing your warranty coverage, I found that the powertrain coverage unfortunately doesn't extend to the fuel injectors as they fall under the basic 5/60 warranty, which has expired at 92k miles. Thank you for your explanation. While it still does not address all of the issues I had regarding the visit, I appreciate your attempt to explain the warranty and repair, even if it was not a fix that was necessary. We did speak to another party and were able to get our matters resolved.
