This is the 2nd time leaving the dealership after an oil change & my check engine light comes on. The first time it happened it cost nearly $700 to get it fixed due to ‘fluids needing to be changed.’ This t change & my check engine light comes on. The first time it happened it cost nearly $700 to get it fixed due to ‘fluids needing to be changed.’ This time I thought to take it elsewhere only to find out my oil cap wasn’t on correctly/tight. I informed them that I wasn’t getting a car wash due to getting on the highway. With them knowing that, making sure something so simple was done would have been basic customer service. This to me was not customer service or taking care of the customers needs. I’ve been going to this dealership since 2019 & now considering the price increases & service, I am considering going to another dealership to have my vehicle serviced. More

They get you in quickly. They let you know as they go what needs doing and the prices. They'll work with you for payment plans if needed. Very nice and efficient.
