My deal was done mostly over the phone and they backed everything that was said and agreed upon with documents. The finance manager, Allen Belcher, was as easy going as the rest of the team. The negotiation process was very comfortable and at no time I felt I was under any pressure from my sales consultant. My sales consultant, Mr. Holthaus, was very knowledgeable and very nice. The finance manager, Mr. Belcher, was also super nice and a pleasure to work with. Once I sealed the deal, I was disappointed I did not receive the red bow and bottle of champagne (LOL). Other than that, I was very satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. More
