Brian listened to what we were considering and from there the vehicle choice was an easy one to make. His low-key personality was what we had hoped for, and received. We felt we were dealing more with a person that truly cared and paid attention to what our requirements were, as opposed to his or the company's goals. Allen was as easy to work with as Brian. Since we were not financing the vehicle, Allen only had to review with us the potential packages we could purchase, which were above the vehicle purchase itself. While we did not purchase any of the offerings, we came away with a sense that Allen understood our position, and thus he did not attempt to push us into something we did require. We recommend this particular dealership, as well as these two gentlemen, in particular, because of their style and personality with customers. More

They went above and beyond and made what could have been an uncomfortable experience go smoothly. I would highly recommend going to this dealer as they stand behind what they sell. As far as the service department,they are very professional, and helpful. I have gotten to know several of the service advisers and managers and they always are friendly, they know my name and have taken great care of me and my car I see them with all their customers and the level of customer service with everyone is well above what I have seen at any other service center. I've visited many other luxury dealerships in the metro area and this is one of the most friendliest down to earth group of folks you will ever meet. Some other dealerships have the stiff, what are you even doing in here presence when you walk in. However, this dealership makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door with no pressure. (Shayla Williams) I can't give enough praise to Jim Holthaus (my sales guy who came in on his day off AFTER i purchased my ML350 to complete my vehicle walk through), Dean Cunningham (the most honest sales manager I've met who loves helping customers and goes above and beyond), and Allen Belcher in finance (friendly, knowledgeable and a straight shooter who looks out for the best interests of the customer). I'm so glad I decided to purchase at this dealership because they have the best quality certified used Mercedes vehicles in the area and you will receive the best service. Do yourself a favor and compare the certified inventory of other dealerships in the area with the vehicles at Annapolis. Annapolis handpicks the best vehicles and it is easily apparent.
