He answered all my Questions,spend lot's of time with me over the phone and In person and found THE vehicle for me.. With the color and Options i wanted. Their pre-owned prices are extremely reasonable throughout the region. If you are looking for a Benz, This place has to be on your List. Last but not least the business / Finance manager, Mr Allen was extremely helpful and thoughtful as well. He has a very Pleasant personality which makes the whole process a delightful Breeze. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis sales process is 5-stars plus. I had called ahead to test drive a used Porsche Macan S. Wayne followed up to ensure I had no problems finding the dealership. It was raining the day I arrived, but Wayne had fully detailed the car and left it in the car port for me to view before the test drive. He said "I know we plan to take it in the rain, but I'd like for you to look over the vehicle to make sure you are comfortable with the condition before we drive. I'd also like you to stay dry while doing it." To say I loved the vehicle was an under statement. After the test drive we sat down to discuss next steps. No pressure, just an open conversation. After some great discussion about the vehicle, price, inspection, etc. I decided to purchase the vehicle. The only problem was I lived an hour and a half away, and had another car I was driving. Wayne said no problem... we will ship your car back to you (at no cost). They filled the new car up with gas, I signed the paperwork and was on the road. Car showed up next day no problems. If you are in the market for a car, any car.... I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Ask for Wayne. I've been in the car business for a long time... and hands down, this was the best sales experience I've ever had. I will be calling them again for my next car for sure. Darnell was pleasant and straight forward in every respect offering different perspectives on the cars in stock and ultimately working with Sales Manager Dean Cunningham to find exactly what we were looking for a getting it to us in two days. Dean was fair in developing the terms of our deal and never pushy or obtuse. Darnell later spent hours with us going over the features and operations of the car, compensating for our lack of technical expertise. Even Larry the Finance Manager was easy to work with and didn't push us to buy collateral products. Mike, another Sales Manager was also very helpful.
