Colonial Chevrolet in Acton has a fantastic service team. Always friendly, always there to help you. Great follow up before and after service has been completed. They have a Bodyshop too. Robyn and the service team are great. They Advised me to replace all four tires They were worn to the wear bars and were Noisy when driving . With winter coming up I knew this was the They Advised me to replace all four tires They were worn to the wear bars and were Noisy when driving . With winter coming up I knew this was the right move. The car drove like it was brand new after the tire replacement. They also performed a wheel alignment, found the the right rear was way out. Excellent Team at Colonial Chevrolet, Joe Pellegrini was extremely helpful throughout the entire sales process, working to help me get exactly the new truck I needed, and then coordinating all of the other extremely helpful throughout the entire sales process, working to help me get exactly the new truck I needed, and then coordinating all of the other steps in the purchase process. Joe has extensive product knowledge and experience, and understands the importance of matching vehicle and engine specifications to customer needs. Great guy to work with. Parrish Kelley was also extremely helpful during the deal closing process, assisting with securing best rates and extended warranty options. Also recommend the Service Department at this dealership highly as well. Helpful, courteous, and they work hard to get you in, explain what is involved, and get you on your way.
