Al hooked me up with a great used Taurus, and I think I got a steal of a deal on it from others that I had looked at. A couple weeks later when I wanted to get some better tires on it, Al sent me to see C got a steal of a deal on it from others that I had looked at. The salesman was VERY condesending and made us feel we were a bother. The price he quoted led us to believe that was what was due at signing. Not true! After waiting 10 days for a Ford Fusion that was "tagged" for us,coming in on a truck load, he went on vacation and left us to wait! ENOUGH of him! I stopped in at HinesPark and was greeted at the door by Allen Oxley. Very friendly and willing to get us in a car that day. He made it all happen. Allen is professional and very through. It was late on July 3 and he too was going on vacation but made sure we were very happy with our new Fusion. We have leased and owned many Ford vehicles through the years and I will say this was our best experience! We love our new Fusion, thanks to Allen! More

I stopped in to talk with Allen about a new car that my wife was looking for. While discussing the new vehicle, I told him that I was getting new tires on the E350 Van he sold me two years ago. Al informed me that the dealership was running a special on tires and that we should go and talk with the service department about a quote. Brian and Joe not only quoted, but were able to beat the price by more than $100. Allen provided me a loaner vehicle so that I could complete my tasks for the day! What an awesome experience! Great price! Friendly experienced people! Convenience! Thank You! More

I has some concerns regarding my Ford Flex and called my salesman Allen Oxley first. I am glad i did. He set up everything with service for me and put me in direct contact with Joey in the service dept. salesman Allen Oxley first. I am glad i did. Once arriving Joey was waiting and ready for me to bring my car in. He was really nice and explained everything. As usual Hines Park took care of the problem and everything was great. Allen even gave me a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was good. Thats what I call customer service. More

I have bought two vehicles from Al and with each purchase I have been extremely pleased both with the vehicles and the service from Al. My most recent trip in to see Al was for a fuel efficient, affordable a I have been extremely pleased both with the vehicles and the service from Al. I won't go to any Ford salesman except Al, he is patient and knowledgeable about the cars in stock and I know I can trust his judgment. More

Chris was amazing to work with and really gave me a sense of confidence during my purchase. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was quick to return phone calls, even on his day off. Our family has always used Hines Park to service our vehicles but this was the first purchase for us. After a negative experience at another dealership Chris and Allen really restored my confidence. Chris was truthful and straight forward during the process and I never once felt pressured to make a purchase. Chris also went out of his way to teach my husband and I about all the features of our new car. I have never had a better experience at any dealership. Chris Soutar is a real class act and I would HIGHLY recommend Hines Park for any car purchase! More

The dealership was very beautiful with a pleasant friendly atmosphere. The selection of cars and trucks to choose from were outstanding. The sales staff was very friendly. was in the market for a new car. I had previous contact with Steve Erdman at Hines Park. Steve did not pressure me, but supplied information as I asked for it. When I went to the dealership this last week, I started to work with Al Oxley in addition to Steve. Bottom line, purchased a 2012 Fusion. This dealership is a large one but their treatment to customers is like that of a small family owned dealer. So far service has been good and people have been friendly. Hope that this level of service continues when I need the car looked at. More
