On behalf of Lou Fusz Ford. I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding when you came in to purchase your vehicle. Unfortunately when the customer placed his order for the 2022 Model Bronco we have a signed proposal from the customer agreeing to the terms of financing with Lou Fusz Ford. Ford Motor Company has made price increases and plan on compensating customers in the near future. One of the forms of compensation the customer already received when he purchased the new vehicle on the 8th of April in the amount of $975.00. Ford will send Lou Fusz an additional credit estimated within the next 60 to 120 days for the additional price increase from year over year. Once Lou Fusz Receives that from Ford we will issue a check to the customer for that as well. We made every attempt to be upfront and honest letting him know other dealers are charging thousands of dollars over the manufacturer MSRP. LOU FUSZ DOES NOT DO THAT AND WILL CONTINUE TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THAT KIND OF SELLING. I explained why we structure the deals the way we do because we do not sell over MSRP. I said if he would like he does not have to purchase this vehicle and he can go any where else and pay up to 10k over sticker. The customer was condescending and rude when I wouldn't alter the original deal we agreed to with his signature as well as mine. Once again we do not alter deals or hide anything from customers. We are upfront and explain in detail what we offer and how they can purchase from Lou Fusz Ford.

Things not divulged by Lou Fusz Ford: - Outright Price for Delivery - Inability to increase my down-payment - Inability to immediately pay the vehicle off - Inability to provide my own Financing - There was only one Financial Institution - Any agreement between Lou Fusz Ford and I where there was an agreement forcing an unknown finance rate on my Reservation with Ford Motor Company’s product - Any mention of Ally Financial - Individual prices for the multiple CNA Warranties - Proof of Fusz Guard Application to the interior, exterior, and clear door edges - Contact information for Ford Regional Sales Representative - Where the 2021 Model Year Price Protection was restricted to a 120 day reporting period for collection. Also, I do have a copy of the signed, untitled “proposal” at the center of the not condescending in anyway “misunderstanding.” Below is the lone statement from the Untitled Sheet provided by Lou Fusz Ford: “Retail payments are an estimate and may vary among lending institutions. Tax rules may vary per state. The final terms of your loan may differ depending on the actual terms of the financial institutions’s acceptance and are negotiable. Retail Net Sales Price is based on 0 down payment. This is not a contract.” There are no terms for financing. There is no financial institution named. There is no time period declared. There is no declarative statement acknowledging I’ve agreed to anything specified. There isn’t even an agreement that I would be constrained to their financing provided for a minimum of 3 payments. There was nothing to misunderstand. Even Lou Fusz Ford’s own sales person admitted she had no way of knowing what the prior sales person stated or agreed to. Juxtapose that to the Order Summary sheet provided with the same date as the untitled sheet providing so much “misunderstanding.” On that sheet, I was asked to provide my initials on options for the Ford Bronco to confirm that I approved of the selected criteria and then sign at the bottom. In total, there were eight initials collected on the Order Summary sheet. So, why are there two separate representations on sheets generated and provided on the same date by Lou Fusz Ford? One has a title (Order Summary), the other doesn’t. I was required to apply my initials to confirm that I agreed to the options selected on the Order Summary sheet, but the Untitled didn’t require I initial anything. Furthermore, the Untitled sheet has a declarative statement under the customer signature that says “This is not a contract.” Whereas the Order Summary doesn’t. So, which is the signed proposal agreeing to financial terms? I will acknowledge there were quite a few areas of misunderstanding, but are these not the fault of Lou Fusz Ford’s “terms of finance?” There were several examples where there was a misunderstanding from an entity claiming to be upfront and honest. Another example of a misunderstanding was how I forfeited my right to make any further down-payment towards the vehicle purchase. In +110 e-mail correspondence with agents representing Lou Fusz Ford, the first mention of financing is from a March 18, 2022 e-mail where I inquired about the available financing rates. Further documented correspondence regarding financing included text messages from March 23, 2022, where I confirmed I would be able to finance the full purchase. The follow up text message from Lou Fusz Ford is captured below: “When you come in you can let me know what you decide you want to add to financing.” An additional series of text messages, occurring on 4/5/22 prior to my 3:00 appointment at Lou Fusz Ford, assured me of my abilities to increase my down-payment by with the various approved forms of payment including check, cashiers check, cash, or credit card (with a restriction to $3,000). So, before I even stepped foot in the dealership to purchase the Bronco, there was a documented understanding I could “add to financing” and “cash, credit, debit, or check” were acceptable forms for down payment via an Agent representing Lou Fusz Ford. Of course, that was the case until I was told by the Sales Manager that I wasn’t allowed to make any down-payment of any sort towards the Bronco. Does that sound like the Dealer was making “every attempt to be upfront and honest” in their dealings with me?
