I am really glad that I was able to purchase my car at Audi Hoffman Estates. Amanda Filios was patient and kind while teaching me about the Audi technology and coaching me as I figured out how to manipula Audi Hoffman Estates. Amanda Filios was patient and kind while teaching me about the Audi technology and coaching me as I figured out how to manipulate the tech. She is a good conversationalist and is obviously an Audi fan, herself enthusiastic about the bells and whistles. I did have to walk away and deliberate my purchase, and while I did so, she was available for any questions that I had. Her follow-up was professional and I never felt pressured. I live in Chicago and she was solicitous in finding time that worked with the traffic to meet with me. I was pleased that Amanda followed up even after closing the sale, and felt as though she was sincere in wanting to make certain that I was happy with the car. Her professionalism is respectful and straightforward; her efficiency and hard work on my behalf made it easy to let go of the fear of being manipulated that some of us bring into the car-buying process. To that point: I also really appreciated the "haggle free" purchasing process. In sum, it was my first purchase of a luxury car, and the process was as luxurious as the car itself. I can't recommend Amanda Filios and Audi Hoffman Estates enough. More
